How long does it take for an article to get published?
First of all, your article has to undergo a plagiarism check. The decision depends on its result as well as on the speed of the reviewing process and, moreover, on the effectiveness of your cooperation with the Copy and Layout Editors. The typical period of time before publishing an article is between 5-8 months.
How could I obtain the submission ID and the Password in order to submit my paper to Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering?

The Journal is published quarterly, plus the special issues. The regular issues are published in March, June, September, and December. The special issues are published randomly according to the agreements with the organizers of those international conferences the articles of which are selected for publishing.

Could I submit a paper if I have only E-mail addresses of authors or co-authors on free servers and not only on servers provided by institutions?
Yes, it is possible to upload an article even if the email addresses of the author(s) and co-author(s) are on free servers only, but with the stipulation that their email addresses are actively used.

May my article be published without my express agreement?
No, it is not possible. After obtaining the reviewing forms and the results of the Copy and Layout Editors´ checks you have to agree to the suggested recommendations and to confirm them.
Is it possible to see my name as co-author of a paper without me to know about this?
Yes, your name as a co-author can be used in the Journal without you having been previously informed. The respective information can be found in the metadata.
Is there also a printed edition of your Journal?
Yes, our Journal is in printed form as well.
The printed form of our Journal is published under ISSN 1336-1376.
The online form of our Journal is published under ISSN 1804-3119.
Can I modify the article that has already been accepted for publication?
Yes, but only if the reason of the modification is either the improvement of the quality of your article, or it is in favor of its contents. In any case, it is necessary to contact the Editor in Chief.

How can I find my submission status?
The comprehensive information is available in the OJS editing system of the Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Journal.
